Write a letter to yourself

Whatever you would like to say, to express your state of mind in words, try to formulate your thoughts exactly, suitably and in a poetic form. If not, try left alone to record on the tape expressing your emotions and thoughts into words. Ultimately, depression is a test of your personal exposure, the step to the further comprehension of life as it really is, not just what you want to see it. This is a test of your spiritual power, that it is actually to survive and life will respect you as an equal, a decent man.
